Postage of Ama Balm is through the NZ Postal service.

New Zealand:

We aim to have goods delivered within 5 working days, but typically within 3 days.  Please note some rural delivery addresses may cause delays.

Most destinations worldwide will be delivered within 10 working days. Rural destinations can take up to 15 working days. Ama Balm (2018) Ltd cannot guarantee these exact shipping windows; each shipment is different and will vary from country to country.
Exchange Rate: All international orders will be paid in NZD.


We hope that you love Ama as much as we do.

However if for any reason you are not completely satisfied we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us within ten days of your receipt of goods provided they are in their original, unopened, unused and undamaged condition.

We will consider the condition of the goods being returned when making a refund.

The returns policy is for goods purchased on the website, by mail, over the telephone or by fax or post. 

Should you wish to cancel your order and return any goods, please notify us within a period of 30 days beginning with the day following the day of delivery to you, by one of these methods:

Customers will have a minimum period of 30 days during which they may cancel orders provided that subject to fair wear and tear, goods are returned in the same condition as when delivered and are unopened and unused.

On receipt of the returned goods we will give you a refund of the amount paid for the goods. To improve our service, please let us know the reason for returning any goods.

Customs Tariffs: The delivery cost does not include any applicable duty or customs tariffs that may be levied upon importation. These charges must be paid by the consignee. If goods are refused due to customs reasons a return fee is applicable. 

Customs Declaration: A customs declaration must accompany all international shipments. We are required to state the value of the goods to customs. This will be as per the order value (NZD)
